Hello all my name is Paul aka Hollywood. I am a High level Admin in another clan but am unhappy there due to a serious attitude problem with the server owner. I am interested in joining your clan as I really like the site and the awesome map cycle you have as well. Ive played with JDUBB on several occasions and have never had any problems or abuse of owner/admin abilities. I am even minded across the board and never judge too quickly before kicking a player from the server. I always investigate first unless its cut and dry and I witness it. Oh and Im an old fart too at 47 and been playin ET since it started. My wife hates it lol. Anyway consider it and let me know. Im #3 in charge on my server but #2 already knows Im looking elsewhere. Ill let them know ASAP if Im accepted here. Thanks for your time.

I have had one problem out of Hollywood but it was resolved. I vote yes and believe he will make a nice addition to the clan.
I would like to say that all members regardless of experience, has to start at the bottom here and work their way up. That being said, we give promotions here based on your activity and actions so you could advance faster or slower than current members. It is entirely up to you on what type of member you want to be and how fast or how far you advance here. We respect all members and everyone here has a say. Your opinion and knowledge is welcomed and has value here. We are a small group but mature and we try to work as a team.

I admit I was coaxed early on with my old clan to promote on other servers if that's what you are referring to. It was an oversight on my part and was dealing with a clan from another country who may not be as tasteful as we are. Im not knocking another country but just the integrity of the people involved. I apologize for that and assure you it will not happen again. Thank you for the confidence you have instilled in my abilities as a new member. Glad to join peeps from my own country who know the meaning of integrity!!

I appreciate your honesty, that was the incident. I believe people deserve second chances. I also feel that people learn from their mistakes. That is why I endorsed your membership with a yes vote. We do need to get some other votes before you can officially become a member. Its usually a 48 hr window depending on how fast the votes come in. I will make a decision based on member votes myself If all does not vote within that 48 hr window.

I appreciate the opportunity gentlemen and ladies if any are in the clan. I've been playing ET for many years and know most of the maps. There are some I have not played or haven't seen in a while. I was the #1 player on our server according to spladder ladder but as the owner began berrating the other admins I slowly started playing on servers almost to a point of not playing on ours at all. He has never said anything to me personally but its the way he treats the others that has me looking elsewhere. I have spoken with him a few times about his actions towards other members and players but to no avail. He drinks too much and always wants to get on the server blasted and ultimately loses control at some point and starts an argument with the #2 admin. #2 normally ends up quitting and then Matt begs him back. The #2 man handles everything for him too so I don't understand why its always him he jumps on. Anyway you have my history and I look forward to playing with you all. Im not near as fast as the younger guys but I can hold my own. Cya on the killing fields!!-Paul

Disclaimer: I am not in clan, and I stir up drama everywhere by speaking my mind

To me it kind of looks you want to somewhere to talk to get stuff off your chest, with your previous clan ending badly. So my advice is after you have gotten what you need said then move on. Disconnect from the people that treated you or others poorly, and remember you are in a new clan with new people now stuff will be done differently and you can help too by voicing your opinion when something is done wrong, sometimes people do stuff they think is best for their clan and they don't realize the consequences of their actions make sure to tell them.

Also you advertised your old clan before, which is in the past. But in the future remember advertising a server or clan in a place not specifically designed for advertising is poor sportsmanship and just stains the clan's name and honor. At best you get some people that do not care for rules to join your server.

That said you seem a nice enough fella, good luck! (I can't vote but I would vote yes)
