I believe that because it was one of the first post in that section that it has not been read by all. I also have extra to add afterwords.

We should make people feel welcome and comfortable here. A place to unwind, relieve stress, and have fun. In turn they will want to come back. Hopefully they will start to feel like the family and join us.
We should go out of our way to provide a great game playing experience by helping new people learn the game, teach them things they may not understand. Be their friend.
We should be great admins by providing a great atmosphere and keeping the game fair and hassle free.
We have a lot of competition here and the age of the game is against us, but we can be ahead of the competition if we do things that other clans don't. Most other clans take people for granted.

No matter your rank or membership level here everyone is important and will be heard.

Also I would like to clear up a common error by members. When you apply for membership here and are voted in you receive level 4. This is a members level with administrator commands. Which makes you a lower level administrator. These commands are not just for fun. They are for helping our clan obtaining our objective and goals to be something great.
If someone breaks our rules it is your job to help enforce by a !warn, !mute, !kick, or a !ban. If teams are uneven then try to help or suggest a solution. Granted you don't start out with all the big commands because as your level rises so does your experience at being a administrator. This is why levels and commands are handed out slowly. So you can gain experience and and understand how and when to use these. I recommend for those of you that did not read the administrator rules to do so. Also the tutorial on being a good administrator on tutorials because this is what I expect from my administrators. Now with that being said it is your choice on what level you want to achieve here. If you are fine being a player and not moving up the levels that is fine with me. As long as your active you will continue to be a member. On the other hand if you want and expect to move up then you will rewarded for your work.
Either way the rules that I have made for this server I expect to be followed and enforced. This is why I made them. This clan is different than others and I demand a lot from my members. This is good for the clan. This type of structure will strengthen us, help us grow, and keep our server active. We will have pride when we say we are a member of The Cornbread Mafia knowing that we worked hard to make it great.

Gosh....didnt say much bad dude, and I know how to be a admin. I dont even use my cmds. Never was a need. cept for hackers and dumb kids.

Why would you think this is about you? Did you even read this post? Why would you taint this positive post with a negative comment? If you have something else negative to add please pm me directly sir. Also if you don't like the way this sever is ran then why would you have joined us. If you don't believe in this objective or If you do not want to follow our rules then simply take your tags off. No one forced you to join and the rules and most everything in this post has been listed in these forums before you even started playing here.
