Bind creator application

Have you ever wondered how people customize their vsays? With this tool you can too easily. This is a great tool for creating custom binds with many functions, great for new players and seasoned veterans.

P.S I am including a list of Enemy Territory defaults if you use these than do not make your binds with these keys. Only use ones that are not listed or that you don't use. EX. F5 through F10 is not used so these could all be binded without changing any normally used keys.
